Brennan Carroll brings with him a wealth of coaching experience. He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Washington Huskies but is now making the jump back to the NFL to reunite with his father, Pete, in Las Vegas. While Brennan spent time as an assistant offensive line coach under Pete in Seattle, he has spent the past four seasons as the head offensive line coach for Washington and Arizona. His familiarity with offensive line strategy and coaching should be a huge asset for the Raiders.
There had been rumors about Tom Cable possibly returning to Las Vegas, but those have now been dispelled. Instead, the Raiders are betting on Carroll to bring in a solid running game and develop a strong offensive line.
